Potomac Mills is a shopping mall in Woodbridge, Virginia in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. It is located near Interstate 95 between Smoketown Road, Telegraph Road and the Prince William Parkway. In 1993 it was said to be the state's top tourist destination.

The mall was the first in the Mills Corporation's chain of shopping malls, and has over 225 retailers and an 18-screen AMC movie theater. It was expanded in 1993, adding a wing anchored by Marshalls and JCPenney, along with a Burlington Coat Factory.

Cohoes Fashions was also an early tenant. It closed in 1987 and became a Woodward & Lothrop outlet store. Other original tenants included IKEA, Sears outlet and Waccamaw Pottery. The IKEA location at Potomac Mills was one of the company's earliest retail outlets in America, and proved so popular that it eventually required a new, dedicated building adjacent to the primary Potomac Mills complex.

This mall was one of the largest outlet malls in the country at the time.
